RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Darimine, your satisfaction is important. If you encounter a problem with your order, our team is available to assist you.

1. RETURN PERIOD

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, accompanied by its accessories and, where possible, its original packaging.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?

Please indicate your order number, the product concerned and the reason for your request. Photos may be requested if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Do not return your product before receiving instructions from our customer service.

After verification, we will offer you an appropriate solution in accordance with the consumer rights applicable, including a replacement or refund when required.

4. CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind, you can request a return within the period indicated above.

5. REFUNDS

When approved, the refund is issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
